Technological Iteration and Policy Dividends Dual-Drive Industry Upgrading

2025-2026 Global LED Exhibition Boom: Technological Iteration and Policy Dividends Dual-Drive Industry Upgrading

Since 2025, global LED lighting and display exhibitions have been held intensively. From Shanghai to Frankfurt, from technology premieres to market matching, exhibitions have become the "vane" of industry trends. The outbreak of MLED technology, green energy-saving upgrading, and cross-border ecological integration have emerged as core hotspots, with Chinese enterprises continuing to exert their technical advantages on the international stage.

Domestic Exhibitions: MLED Technology Makes a Group Debut, with Vehicle-mounted and Large-size Scenarios as the Focus

From August 7 to 9, the 2025 International Display Technology and Application Innovation Exhibition (DIC EXPO 2025) was held in Shanghai. Ten leading enterprises including BOE, TCL Huaxing, and Tianma Microelectronics collectively exhibited 30 MLED-related products, with vehicle-mounted displays and large-size applications becoming the biggest highlights.

In the field of vehicle-mounted lighting, high brightness and high zoning have become the core competitive points: TCL Huaxing launched a 14.3-inch Micro LED vehicle-mounted screen with a peak brightness of 45,000 nits, a contrast ratio of over 5:1 under ambient Light, and support for full transparent area imaging; BOE’s 6.2-inch Micro LED vehicle-mounted screen has a brightness exceeding 30,000 nits and achieves a 110% NTSC wide color gamut; HKC and IVO both exhibited Mini LED vehicle-mounted screens with over 3,000 zones, among which IVO’s 3,456-zone product has a contrast ratio as high as 1,000,000:1, suitable for high-end vehicle-mounted central control scenarios.

In terms of large-size displays, Visionox’s subsidiary Innoscience Display brought a 135-inch TFT-based Micro LED splicing screen with a seam ≤ 20 μm and a 98% DCI-P3 color gamut, meeting the needs of high-end conferences and studio broadcasting; HKC’s 116-inch RGB-Mini LED TV realized 15,680-zone dimming, with light efficiency utilization rate increased to 92%; Wagoe Optoelectronics’ 32-inch glass-based Mini LED touch screen has a thickness of less than 5 mm, setting an industry ultra-thin record and winning an innovation award. In addition, supporting solutions such as Mini/Micro LED optical packaging films exhibited by Tesa and mass transfer equipment from NAURA Technology Group have improved the MLED industry chain ecosystem.
